Jason is Keystone’s General Manager and also one of our personal trainers.

Jason has spent time training individuals in the corporate setting at Walt Disney World, whose goals included losing weight and building muscle. He has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for college and high school sports, while also assisting in NFL draft combine training.

Jason holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Exercise Science and enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gained over the years with his clients to help them reach their goals.

Outside of Keystone Fitness Center Jason enjoys spending time with family, working out and watching sports!
